Is TV Advertising Worth The Expense?

Amazon, the on-line retailer, has decided the answer to the above question is no. The company is going to rely on word-of-mouth and lower prices to get the job done. Needless to say, this is an important Madison Avenue story, in the same way that Steve Heyer's recent speech at the Madison and Vine Conference was an important Madison Avenue story.
