The Curse and the Manager

I've always believed that the Curse of the Bambino was a misnomer and that the real reason for endlessly repeating Red Sox collapse was management stupidity. In the old days, it was the front office. Yesterday, it was the manager, Grady Little, whose decisions cost the Red Sox a trip to the World Series.

It was a great series and the teams were almost perfectly matched. Hats off to the great Joe Torre. Now let's see how long it takes for the Red Sox front office to fire Grady Little. It cannot happen soon enough.
