The Zuckerman Offer is Still Dead

If I'm not mistaken, Bruce Wasserstein reached his deal with KKR for ownership of New York Magazine on Monday night of last week. That would be seven days ago. Today's New York Times has yet another rehash of what went wrong for Team Zuckerman.

I suspect that what's at work here is somebody's idea of buzz. It's a weird notion; that we can't get enough of a couldn't-matter-less business story.
