Who Holds The "Football?"

While Blago is mounting his defense on national television. The "football," for those who haven't followed this saga, is Blago's term for his Paul Mitchell hairbrush. Blago does not believe in bad hair days. So, sometimes his chief of staff holds the football. And sometimes a gopher is entrusted with the task. At all times, Blago likes to know where it is. 

With regards to the minor matter of his impeachment in Springfield, Blago had this to say (per the NYT):  "The fix is in."
