The Greek solvency crisis is now resolved, at least in the near term. It is not resolved in the medium term and its resolution is likely to hasten the arrival of the Spain solvency crisis, which is seen by most as a mid-summer event. Wolfgang Munchau is standing by his prediction that Greece will eventually default on its obligation, just not this year.
