Why Don't You Pay More Taxes.


Heavily unionized state governments that deliver second-rate services at premium prices are unsustainable. Taxpayers can't afford it. And there is only so much debt that can be larded on. Illinois public employee union members understand this. Which is why they took to the streets yesterday to demand a tax increase, to forestall the day of reckoning. (via Kaus For Senate).
