Coming Soon To A City Near You.

Nearly half of the city of Camden, New Jersey police force was laid off today, and they won't be coming back any time soon, if ever. Regularly referred to as the murder capital of the United States, Camden is broke and so is New Jersey and so is the United States. So there's no governmental source of cash. And no one in their right mind would buy a Camden, New Jersey municipal bond. Why would they? Why should they? The police union won't even bend the rules a bit to keep more cops on the street.

Camden therefore enters its death spiral. It will be terrible.
