2. Sullivan and Kaus and Reynolds have every possible angle of the New Jersey fiasco covered. My guess is that Forrester's chances of winning the seat have improved because of what has transpired.

3. There's word that the United Federation of Teachers will soon endorse New York Governor George Pataki's re-election bid. This may well be the most compelling reason yet for conservatives to vote against Pataki.
