How much does it cost to get whacko Jacko to appear on your TV "news magazine" show? It cost "60 Minutes" $1 million. Of course, "60 minutes" didn't pay for the interview. Perish the thought. CBS paid for the interview out of its entertainment budget. That way, "60 Minutes" could say it didn't pay for the interview.
